Before reading this book I thought CO2 was just a waste product. After reading The Oxygen Advantage, I started using its techniques to maximize the amount of this vitally important molecule in my own body. McKeown’s breath method instructions were so good, I found myself practicing them while listening (I get most of my reading done through audiobooks. Yes, it does count as reading). I listened to these instructions over and over while practicing the techniques until I internalized them (about 2 years ago) and still use many of them almost daily. I also tape my mouth shut at night now because of this book. This book is a must-read. It will change your life for the better.
